Little Crafters Party Terms & Conditions + Privacy Policy 

When booking a party with Make, Do & Trend, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will need to be paid to secure your booking. The final numbers and balance payment will be due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Failure to pay the total cost upfront will mean that Make, Do & Trend is under no obligation to fulfil it's requirements to host your child’s party. And you will lose the non- refundable deposit. 

  • If attending a child’s party, a parent/guardian will need to be present during all craft events to supervise alongside the party leader. Make, Do & Trend does not take responsibility for accidents or injury caused through misbehaviour or unsupervised negligence on the parent/ guardian/ care giver's part. Make, Do & Trend is not a registered child care provider but Kirsty does hold an enhanced DBS check as well as attending yearly paediatric first aid courses.

  • . Any craft item that is made in during the party can be taken home after the session, but any unused materials or Make, Do & Trend tools shall not be removed from the class and remain the property of Make, Do & Trend.

  • Everyone attending a party can get messy! Especially if painting or using glue, although we do provide aprons where necessary. Please do not come to party in clothes that you are not happy to get dirty/ permanently stained or ruined. Make, Do & Trend does not take responsibility for any damaged or lost clothing/property of the participant(s) by attending.

  • At times materials might be used that some participants have an allergy to. You as the adult/ parent/ guardian /care giver are responsible for ensuring that Make, Do & Trend are aware of all allergies and conditions ahead of the party- at the time of booking. Make, Do & Trend does not take responsibility for injury/ accident caused from misinformed or uninformed information in regards to allergies/ pre- existing conditions. 

  • All participants agree to follow the rules and regulations of their venue hired for the use by Make, Do & Trend- making yourself fully aware of the fire safety and building regulations on arrival. 

  • Please respect the furniture and materials made available to you by the venues and Make, Do & Trend. Any deliberate damage or destruction of property owned by either party (venue/ Make, Do & Trend) will be charged back to you the adult/ parent/ guardian/ caregiver, to be paid in full. 

  • ​Please be respectful of all others at the party. You can take photos of your own children but please do not take photos of other children that are not your own without prior consent. By agreeing to these terms you agree that photos can be taken of your children by the party leader for use in promotional materials and on social media platforms. Where possible, children's faces will be blurred out of any images shared for public view, unless prior consent is given. If you are not happy for photos to be taken then please speak to the party leader.

Cancellation policy

If for any reason Make, Do & Trend can not run the scheduled party due to illness, bad weather conditions or another reason that means the class cannot go ahead, you will have the option to transfer your booking to another date. If another date can not be agreed then you will be entitled to a voucher valid for 12 months.

  • Please note to check your party date and time before confirming, once booked your place is confirmed and your booking is non-refundable. If YOU need to cancel the party, we may be able to transfer the booking over to another date at the discretion of Make, Do & Trend, but if a new date cannot be  agreed, the cost of the deposit will not be refunded.

Covid-19 Measures

  • We ask that participants still remain vigilant. If you or anyone attending, or within your household has symptoms, or a confirmed case, of Covid-19 please DO NOT attend the party. 

  • If you or a family member contracts covid-19, meaning you can not attend the scheduled class, you will have the option to transfer your booking to another date- unfortunately no refunds can be offered.

Privacy policy

  • When you conduct a transaction with us, as part of the process, Make, Do & Trend will collect personal information you provide such as your name, address and email address etc. Your personal information will be used for the purposes of booking and will not be stored past the end date of your booking without your consent. Your email is automatically added to the Make, Do & Trend mailing list when booking. If you do not want Make, Do & Trend to process your data anymore, please contact info@makedoandtrend.co.uk 

  • Booking forms are collected through Google Forms. Your data may be stored through Google Form’s data storage, databases and the general Google Forms applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

  • All payments for Make, Do & Trend’s parties are made by direct BACS transfer through the bank. This is to ensure a safe and secure transaction with no additional charges. 

​Make, Do & Trend reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If material changes are made to this policy, you will be notified that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information is collected, how it is used, under what circumstances.
