Unfortunately, workshops are non-refundable but you may be able to re-schedule or transfer to another workshop with prior notice. Please contact us in the event of this situation. If you would  like to send someone in your place however, all we would need is for you to please provide their name, phone number and email address before the event either by email or phone. The minimum age for all our workshops is 16.

In the unfortunate event that a workshop has not reached the minimum numbers, we reserve the right to cancel the event. However, we will give you as much warning as possible by contacting you on the email address you provided when making your booking. We will happily refund the cost of the workshop or transfer you to an alternative workshop of equal value.

Full payment for your chosen workshop is to be payable upon booking. After payment has been received your booking will be confirmed via email confirmation along with any further details you may need before the event.


For all party bookings we have a minimum of 8 people in order to run one of our craft workshops. A  50% deposit payment for your numbers will be payable upon booking and will confirm your places and date. This deposit is non-refundable, however if numbers may drop we will use your deposit towards the remaining balance.  We ask for the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks before your event please with final number confirmations.
